The Beach!

We know winter here in Maine. It lasts a long time. So when the days get longer and the warmth of Summer finally does arrive, it’s time for the Beach. Lincolnville Beach is the spot for all your beach going fun. Located pretty conveniently along Atlantic Highway (Route 1) and close to all kinds of restaurants  and shops it’s very close to other sightseeing activities making it the ideal spot on the midcoast of Maine for an afternoon of sun filled relaxation. Camden Hills State Park

Trailhead – Lincolnville access point The northern region of Camden Hills State Park can be accessed via ME Route 173. From US Route 1 in Lincolnville, follow ME Route 173 for approximately 2.2 miles. The parking area will be near the intersection of ME Route 173 and Youngstown Road. The Multi-Use Trail is also accessible from the main entrance of the State Park. Follow US Route 1 approximately 2 miles north of downtown Camden. The main entrance to Camden Hills State Park and the park’s campground will be on the left. A parking area is located to the left, just past the main entrance. Parking is also available beyond the ranger station. The main gate offers easy access to multiple interior trail systems.
